This policy explains how Mobilepneus BV processes data submitted through FleetPneus Belgium and how some data may be shared with professional suppliers to enable quotations.
1. Controller
Mobilepneus BV, BE 1013.759.074, Nieuwstraat 120, 1730 Asse, Belgium, is the controller for data collected directly through this platform.
2. Data collected
We may collect company details, the VAT/company number, the contact person’s name, contact details, contact preferences, fleet size, location, tyre requirements, quantities, sizes, fitting option and comments. For a partner application, we may also collect information about the business, service area, experience, tyre categories, brands and services offered.
3. Purposes
Data is used to register and qualify the request, share it with professional suppliers that may respond, provide technical follow-up and prevent abuse. Optional marketing is only used when separately accepted. Partner applications are used to assess a potential collaboration with FleetPneus / Mobilepneus BV.
4. Recipients
Necessary data may be shared with one or more professional tyre suppliers, fitting providers or related service providers when relevant to the request. The exact number of suppliers may vary. Quotes may be issued by Mobilepneus BV itself or by partner suppliers.
5. Legal basis
Sharing the request and contact details with suppliers for the purpose of receiving quotes is based on the explicit consent given in the form. Other necessary processing may, depending on context, rely on requested pre-contractual steps or legitimate interests.
6. Retention
Data is retained for as long as necessary to manage requests, authorised commercial follow-up, legal obligations and the defence of rights.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR, where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability and withdraw consent for the future. You can send your request by email to support@fleetpneus.be or by post to Mobilepneus BV, Nieuwstraat 120, 1730 Asse, Belgium.
8. Cookies and security
The website uses strictly necessary cookies and local storage: security, language, day/night display preference and a draft of the form.
