Terms & conditions
These terms govern the use of FleetPneus Belgium, a platform operated by Mobilepneus BV that collects and structures professional tyre quote requests so they can be shared with suppliers that may be able to respond.
1. Operator
FleetPneus Belgium is operated by Mobilepneus BV, a Belgian company registered under company and VAT number BE 1013.759.074, with registered office at Nieuwstraat 120, 1730 Asse, Belgium.
2. Purpose of the platform
Businesses can describe their tyre requirements, including sizes, quantities, vehicle type, preferred range, location and any fitting. The request is handled by Mobilepneus BV, which may issue a quote itself and/or share the request with one or more professional suppliers so they can quote.
3. Sharing with suppliers
By submitting the form and giving consent, you authorise Mobilepneus BV / FleetPneus to share the request and professional contact details with selected or relevant suppliers.
4. No guarantee of quotes or lead times
FleetPneus does not guarantee that a supplier will respond, that a minimum number of quotes will be received, or that a quote will be issued within a given time. The target of a first reply within 1 business day refers to our team’s handling of your request. Availability, pricing, lead times, fitting, delivery and commercial terms are set by the company issuing the quote.
5. Pricing and comparison
The platform is intended to facilitate competition and relevant quotes. Unless expressly stated otherwise, FleetPneus does not guarantee the lowest price on the Belgian market or a comparison of every available supplier.
6. Supplier relationship
Any quote, sale, delivery, fitting, warranty or other service agreed with a supplier is subject to that supplier’s terms. FleetPneus is not a party to the contract between requester and supplier unless expressly stated in writing. Where Mobilepneus BV issues the quote itself, its own terms of sale apply.
7. Accuracy of information
Users must provide accurate and sufficiently complete information. Incorrect sizes, quantities, locations or other details may lead to unsuitable quotations.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Mobilepneus BV is not liable for a lack of quotes, a supplier’s response time, or disputes concerning a quote or a service delivered by a third party.
9. Personal data
Personal data processing and disclosure to suppliers are explained in the privacy policy. Sharing with suppliers to receive quotes is based on the consent given in the form.
10. Applicable law
Subject to mandatory rules, these terms are governed by Belgian law. Competent courts are determined in accordance with applicable law.
